Polish local government official. Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship (since 2010). Former mayor of Jastarnia and councilor of the Pomeranian Regional Assembly. Co-initiator and former chairman of the Board of the Municipal Union of Communes.

Co-organizer of environmental investment projects, including a comprehensive water and sewage management system for the Hel Peninsula and Puck Bay, a cycling route project around Puck Bay, a network of sailing and fishing harbors, and the opening of wartime fortifications to tourists.
Promoter of the culture of northern Kashubia and Baltic Sea fisheries.
